How is the calender set up? Is it set automatically or do we have to manually update it?

the calendar on the website is set manually by me.

the calendar in the game "Group Calendar" can be set by anyone.

It will do no good to post a topic in the calendar if it is not pre-approved by me. Don't mean to sound harsh but do to some of the aspects of the group calendar add on and do to the lvl requirements of some instances, i prefer to handle that.
