I know its still early to be discussing this, but its also a good idea to get everyone on board with the same system before we start getting into regular raiding.

Are we going to use just the basic "Greed" vs. "Need" system? Or adopt a Raid Points system where members can use thier "points" to buy drops they want? I know a lot of bigger guilds use that system, but a smaller guild would prob be fine with the greed/need system.

Not trying to be a loot hog, but Trauma has 3 sets of gear, Tanking/Healing/DPS, what would be the guidelines for him if say he was healing but a beneficial piece of tank gear dropped? Just wanna get the question out of the way before it comes up in game.

Given the number of hunters in the guild (at least for the moment), I think we should have them roll before the raid even begins on items that would be more hunter specific (ex: pauldrons of the fallen hero i think its called) to avoid confusion. And I mean whoever gets the highest roll gets first shot, second highest gets next and so on.

Not sure I like the raid points system, since it would be unfair to those who arent able to raid as much as the rest of the guild.

i think we should really discuss this question with all the 70s in the guild. Since not all 70s r registered im going to bring up the question inside the game
