Please note that if you are a Fallen Angel you may not withdraw from the bank. If you would like to receive an item please speak with an officer of the guild. They may withdraw the item from the guild for you if and only if you meet the requirements for that item. (EX: If you are lvl 15 you can only ask for a lvl 15 item)
