I have a lvl 25 shaman on the Whisperwind realm (Darkseraph, got the name from Deveant). I put my talent points into Elemental, but I had them in Enhancement until I ended up getting into a discussion with one of my guildies. The thing I like about Elemental is the Elemental Mastery that you get, it's nice to use with Chain Lightning once you get it. Enhancement gives you instant cast ghost wolf so it's pretty nice for getting away when your in a tight spot, you also get duel wield which is pretty powerful. I suggest going with Elemental and getting a two-handed weapon to make up for not having duel wield, plus your spells will cost less mana and hit higher depending on how you spend your talents. Restoration has Earth Shield which I really like, but that is the only talent that I really found interesting.

My main is a 70 Shaman, Enhancement since lvl 10. DEFINATLY the best spec while leveling and VERY viable for lvl 70 raiding. The thing about shamans is that all 3 specs are good. They make great casters, Melee and Healers. So you can spec whichever suits your style.

Enhancement: Dual Weild + Windfury + Stormstrike = WIN
